Diesel Engine Apprentice Program

The 体育游戏 Apprentice Program is a two-year, "Learn While You Earn" program designed for mechanically inclined individuals who are interested in training for a career as a service technician while earning a wage for the work they do.

Each apprentice is provided an "Apprentice Toolbox" and receives credits toward tool purchases throughout the program, which he or she redeems upon completion. Apprentices who successfully complete this program acquire basic safety and technical skills, through both on-the-job training with mentors and by attending instructor led classes. Upon successful completion, apprentices are re-classified as entry-level II technicians in their assigned fields.

As a Caterpillar Regional Dealer Learning Center, 体育游戏 offers on-site training with full-time, factory trained instructors who are also experienced service technicians. 体育游戏's training centers in St. Augustine and Tampa have the engine, electrical, hydraulic, and computer labs needed to teach and maintain the highest-quality workforce.

Classes in Safety, Leadership, Customer Service and other business skills are also part of the on-going training curriculum.
